Effective June 15, 2017 at 9PM PT, your DTS sessions will be terminated if you have not upgraded to the .NET Framework 4.6.2. If you haven’t upgraded to the new .NET framework by this time, you will need to follow the instructions that appear in the application to request temporary access. It is imperative that all user’s upgrade to .NET Framework 4.6.2 immediately, as Microsoft will be discontinuing their support of older .NET Framework versions. In preparation, Data Trace will be upgrading to .NET Framework 4.6.2 on July 13, 2017 and all DTS users must be on this same version by that time.
Data Trace has added an exciting new service to the DTS application - the Starter Xchange. The new Starter Xchange service will provide users with the ability to search a Data Trace starter database for starter images available for the searched property.
Data Trace System will now have 61 additional title plants in CO, IL, MD, NC, OH, PA, SC and TX. Title searches can be done using Title by Address/Parcel and True Grantor/Grantee services. The services and features mentioned in this release brief will apply to the counties listed below.

Data Trace System 2 has added an option to filter search results by instruments or categories of instruments to all California counties. Michigan Taxes has been enhanced to show the Land Use Description in the Additional Property Information section of the reports. Data Trace Gateway (DTG) users now have the ability to determine whether or not to display additional bankruptcy data in their General Name and True Grantor/Grantee search results.
Data Trace System 2 has added an option to turn off the additional bankruptcy case data (document types other than the original bankruptcy filing/petition). This will allow users to quickly remove all bankruptcy data except for the original bankruptcy filing/petition.
