Technical issues with the systems serving the Dallas, Iowa County Recorder’s office

Due to technical issues with the systems serving the Dallas, Iowa County Recorder’s office, recorded document images have been delayed starting August 29, 2025.  Images are currently available through August 29 recording date and we have advanced the plant date with Grantor/Grantee data through October 2 recording date.  While we work to resolve the technical issues we will continue to update the DTS plant with Grantor/Grantee information and will post recorded document images as soon as technically possible. Check the plant currency date for the most up to date recordings and remember to search the General Name index to obtain current postings.  Thank you for your understanding.
