Enhanced Name 2.0 is now available for all counties nationwide. DataTrace has completely redesigned the search logic for Enhanced Name for General Name (GI), Grantor/Grantee (PI), and True Grantor/Grantee (where available). The newest logic is controlled by the Last Name Match Settings bar along with a logic called Contains. The input screens are formatted for ease of use for requesting an individual name vs a business/trust, but the system no longer does a categorization on those names (individual vs business vs trust labels).

DataTrace is updating the state tax lien codes to distinguish “in county” state tax liens vs “out of county” state tax liens. From February 1, 2024, forward, users now have the option to view all liens or only in-county liens. All document codes for liens filed on the State website (starting in 2018 to present) are updated as follows. The new codes will replace any previous LN codes in DTS.
