We are excited to share a new DataTrace System (DTS) search feature, Verify Property, that provides an enhanced process to validate your subject property. The new report contains current ownership information (updated daily with new transfers) and the full set of detailed property location attributes (APN, address & legal description) for users to quickly verify the correct title search before proceeding with running the title chain.

In addition, the last full value transfer deed information is displayed (where available) along with full image tagging and quick search features for a comprehensive search experience.
