Integrated Starter Xchange Records (DTS and DTG)

Beginning August 2024, Starter Xchange members can view and request starter images associated with their property directly from the title chain. The image request continues to route to the Starter Xchange database ensuring the same level of quality and expertise. Starter access will continue as both a standalone GIS map service and now as an integrated  title chain service.

Starter Xchange Record - ATS Counties

Starter Xchange records in ATS counties (Arizona, Northern California, Florida, Illinois, Michigan, and Texas) will have the following information:

  1. Policy Date
  2. Document Code
  3. Policy Number
  4. Title Company Code
  5. Policy Type
  6. Additional information, where available, including:
    • Title Company name
    • Insured amount
    • Insured party name(s)
    • APN
    • Property address
    • Subdivision name
    • Partial legal
    • Owner name(s)
    • Estate/Interest type


Starter Xchange Record - TT Counties

Starter Xchange records in TT counties (Southern California) will have the following information:

  1. Document Code
  2. Policy Date
  3. Policy Number
  4. Owner Name
  5. Title Company Code
  6. Policy Type
  7. Starter Xchange label
  8. Additional information, where available, including:
    • Title Company name
    • Insured amount
    • Insured party name
    • APN
    • Property address
    • Subdivision name
    • Partial Legal
    • Estate/Interest type 

Integrated Starter Xchange Records (DTS and DTG)

Also beginning August 2024, and through title-driven logic, Starter Xchange helps you expedite the selection of a “preferred” starter policy when multiple starters are found associated to a given property. DTG now includes a designated field indicating the highest ranked starter among those found to expedite the searcher’s all-important task of identifying the starter of highest value.
